Harvard Legal Aid 617-495-4408 A walk-in clinic that deals with family issues, housing, welfare, employment, SSI, Social Security, and bankruptcy.
Greater Boston Legal Services 800-323-3205 Provides free civil legal assistance to low-income individuals. Offers legal advice and full case representation, depending on client need. GBLS serves families whose yearly income does not exceed 125% of Federal Poverty Income Guidelines ($26,500 for a family of four).
