Stoneham Community Organizations

Helping Our Troops Supports the troops serving overseas. Provides care packages to soldiers stationed in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Stone Zoo Stone Zoo is part of Zoo New England, with a mission to inspire people to protect and sustain the natural world for future generations by creating fun and engaging experiences that integrate wildlife and conservation programs, research, and education.
Stoneham Alliance Against Domestic Violence Provides resources and advocacy to raise awareness of domestic violence.
Stoneham Boys and Girls Club The Boys and Girls Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.
Stoneham Chamber of Commerce Non-profit organization comprised of local businesses.
Stoneham English for All Volunteers provide tutoring for area residents wishing to learn English or improve their speaking and writing skills and raise funds for special projects, like new ESL software for the Stoneham Library. Stoneham Garden Club Offers educational programs and workshops and coordinates civic beautification efforts.
Stoneham Historical Society Studies the history of Stoneham; collects and preserves articles of historic interest, and maintains a historical library and museum

Stoneham Public Schools Foundation Supports public schools of Stoneham, working to maintain and implement programs and initiatives that may not be mandated by the Department of Education but that can have a significant impact on the students education.

Winchester ABC Winchester ABC is a chapter of A Better Chance, Inc., a national nonprofit organization founded in 1963 to provide academically talented male and female scholars of color with expanded educational and career opportunities.
Family Action Network of Winchester Provides information, support, and programs for families with children 6 and under.
Borggaard Beach Revitalization Project Organized by FAN, this project aims to revitalize Borggaard Beach and create an interactive splash park for our community.
